{"id":864,"date":"2024-12-03T11:56:11","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T11:56:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fondacijamilosbikovic.org\/closing-ceremony-of-the-pilot-project-empowering-young-talents\/"},"modified":"2024-12-03T11:58:40","modified_gmt":"2024-12-03T11:58:40","slug":"official-closing-of-the-pilot-project-empowering-young-talents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fondacijamilosbikovic.org\/en\/official-closing-of-the-pilot-project-empowering-young-talents\/","title":{"rendered":"Official Closing of the Pilot Project &#8220;Empowering Young Talents&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Saturday, November 30, 2024, in Belgrade, the Milo\u0161 Bikovi\u0107 Foundation officially marked the conclusion of its pilot project <em>&#8220;Empowering Young Talents for Academic and Personal Success.&#8221;<\/em> This unique program, which ran from March to November, brought together thirty talented and ambitious students from five universities in Serbia, providing them with a multidisciplinary experience through education, collaboration, and the development of their own projects.<\/p>\n<p>Over nine months, students from diverse fields\u2014biochemistry, physics, law, medicine, music, applied arts, agriculture, mathematics, and others\u2014had the opportunity to participate in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Eight workshops<\/strong>, some held in person (in Belgrade and Ni\u0161) and others online, covering topics such as soft skills, technology, and public speaking, led by domestic and international experts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Two study trips<\/strong> to Novi Sad, where they visited Vega IT, the BioSense Institute, and the Faculty of Technology at the University of Novi Sad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A special component of the program included mini-projects that the students designed and implemented with the Foundation&#8217;s support. These projects covered various themes, including STEM, mental health, art, sustainable development, mechanical engineering, and IT.<\/p>\n<p>So far, five projects have been completed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Talk to Me<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cosmodrome<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Stellar Triathlon<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>CorCast<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>m3Dicine<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By the end of the year, we expect the completion of three more mini-projects, about which we will share details soon:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inceptum<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Implanted<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>First Green Step<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the final event, students presented the results of their work, shared experiences, and reflected on their impressions, making it a perfect way to conclude a year filled with hard work, challenges, and success.<\/p>\n<p>Multidisciplinarity was the guiding principle of this pilot project, and the results exceeded our expectations. Beyond gaining professional and academic knowledge, students became part of a community that fosters collaboration, friendship, and mutual inspiration. Through this project, we demonstrated that combining diverse perspectives opens the door to innovation, creativity, and lasting results.<\/p>\n<p>We thank these extraordinary young individuals for their time and trust.
