How did all this start...
Thanks to my work, I often meet exceptional, talented and ambitious young people from our country. Whether they are high school students or students, they contribute to our entire society with their efforts and successes. These young people are adorned with energy and perseverance, a desire to pave the way for themselves and others, a positive approach, academic achievements and an unrestrained zest to achieve their dreams.
I have been supporting several students who have continued their studies at foreign universities for some time. I would like to make this official and make it accessible to more young people in Serbia. I would like to help exceptional young people spread their wings and highlight their successes. I would like to connect them with our and foreign successful individuals and organizations from science, art, sports, business, so that we can all learn from them and pass on their experiences and knowledge.

My associates and I still do not know where we will reach with projects and activities, but we have a mission - we want to create conditions for Serbia to be a better society and a place of choice for the life of every young person.
Our recently established foundation as its main goal is to support young people who enthusiastically grab all opportunities in front of them and fearlessly knock on doors that are often closed.
We want to empower and support talents to reach their full potential by creating opportunities for personal development, for improvement and for the acquisition of knowledge.
We want our activities intended for young talents to be designed by these young talents and many successful people who have already used their talents and ambition, achieving outstanding results.

Our work
We help young talents to open doors more easily
Whether they come from technical sciences, arts and culture, social sciences, sports or areas related to modern business, we want to help the most gifted, ambitious, academically exceptional young people on their path to success. Through interaction and working together, we continuously recognize the needs that top talents have for further progress and support them to develop and improve personal and professional skills and knowledge. We want to create a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, sharing skills and practical advice. Many distinguished experts - scientists, athletes, artists and business leaders - will be available to share their knowledge and experience with young people in Serbia. We work closely with our experts from Serbia and the diaspora as well as from all over the world.
